Orders & Shipping

All purchases are printed, packaged and dispatched ASAP after receipt of payment via Royal Mail or associated courier (subject to change). Packages will require a signature of receipt upon delivery.

Although I will do my best to process your order immediately upon payment, please allow 28 days for delivery. If you have not received your order by the end of this period, contact orders@macrographs.com stating your name, address and order details.

A shipping fee of 16.00 GBP is charged to cover Postage & Packing and will automatically be added to your Order Total in PayPal.


You may be charged import duties and taxes depending on your location. These charges are subject to the import regulations of your country and beyond my control and responsibility.

If you are unsure of your country's import policies, contact your local customs office for further information.


I personally check, package and dispatch all prints, taking all possible steps to make sure they leave in perfect condition. However, should you feel you are unhappy with the quality, integrity and service you receive from me, or your order arrives damaged or with defects, please let me know immediately:

For defective prints / order errors, please contact me by email at: orders@macrographs.com within 48 hours of delivery.* In the case of these returns, reasonable return postage will be refunded together with a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

For orders damaged in transit, please contact me by email at: orders@macrographs.com within 48 hours of delivery* explaining the nature and reason for damage. Orders damaged after delivery will not be refunded or exchanged.

*IMPORTANT: DO NOT return any items without first notifying Macrographs of your intention. Any items returned prior to receiving a confirmation reply from me will NOT be exchanged or refunded. All returns to be dispatched to Macrographs no later than 7 days from receipt. Any items not returned within this time will NOT be exchanged or refunded.

When returning a print for any reason, please also enclose your original Certificate of Authenticity. Copies of prints / certificates / postage receipts will NOT be accepted. In the case of defective or error returns, attach or enclose Postage Cost Receipt if you require a postage refund.

Failure to follow these conditions will result in forfeiture of exchange or refund.

Charges are in Pounds Sterling, though currency is accepted from most countries using most major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change with inflation.
